Условие

When the acoustic pressure is too high, the levitating droplet will explode. A theoretical formula for the maximum voltage that can be applied to the droplet before it explodes is: Umax=αD+β(4)U_{\max} = \sqrt{\frac{\alpha}{D} + \beta} \qquad (4) where α\alpha and β\beta are some constants.

Consider only liquid II for this task.
