Условие

About 1100 B.C., Chinese astronomers measured the maximum height of the Sun on the days of summer and winter solstices. In the former case, they obtained the value h1=79∘07′h_1=79^\circ07', in the latter case h2=31∘19′h_2=31^\circ19'. On both the occasions, the Sun was south of zenith. Find out at what latitude the observations were made. Also calculate the angle between the ecliptic and the celestial equator in the epoch mentioned.
