The original sheets print both Russian and English versions of the same three questions. Both are retained together. No observation answer key is included in the three observation photographs. A general sky map from the same-year archive practical directory is included as supplementary material: its coordinate/date grid and sky coverage are compatible with questions8/10, but the photograph has no task-specific identification proving it is the exact map originally supplied for the observation round. The printed Cygnus chart for question9 and emblem referenced by question10 are retained.

Using the sky map determine the astronomical (mean solar) time of today’s upper culmination of «α» star of the constellation which is used at the emblem of XV IAO.
