A 1 kg pulley is suspended from the elevator ceiling. A light inextensible rope is threaded through the pulley, the rope ends are loaded with two weights of 2 and 3 kg. The elevator is riding upward at a constant acceleration a=1a = 1 m/s2^2 and the heavier weight is accelerating downward, its acceleration equals 2a2a relative to the ground. Determine acceleration of the lighter weight relative to the ground.
