2. 0.1 M formic acid ($pK_a = 3.75$)
3. 1 M formic acid ($pK_a = 3.75$)
4. 0.00066 M ammonia ($pK_b = 4.75$)

Choose the solution with the highest degree of ionization and calculate its pH. In the answer, give only pH rounded to the integer value.
