Условие

Turan and Samir exercised on the same route. Samir jogged the first half of the route at 6 km/h and ran the other half at 12 km/h, taking a total time of $x$. Turan walked the first third of the route at 5 km/h and ran the rest of the route at 15 km/h, taking a total time of $y$. Find $x : y$.
