Let $ABC$ be a triangle. Line $p$ is the tangent to the circumcircle of the triangle at point $C$. Line $q$ is parallel to line $AB$ and passes through point $C$. If angle $CAB$ is $20^{\circ}$ and angle $ABC$ is $65^{\circ}$, what is the angle between the lines $p$ and $q$? (By definition, the angle between two lines is acute or right.) Give the answer in degrees.
