Условие

The stability constant of $CdL^{4-}$ at 298 K is $a\cdot10^b$ ($a$ and $b$ are integers, $1 \le a < 10$). Given the standard potentials $E^{\circ}(Cd^{2+}/Cd) = -0{,}403$ V, $E^{\circ}(CdL^{4-}/Cd) = -0{,}958$ V, determine $a$ and $b$.

Write $a$ in the first field, and $b$ in the second.
