Условие

The voltmeter connected in parallel to resistor R1=4R_1 = 4 kOhm show a reading of Uv=36U_v = 36 V. A source with terminals of constant potential difference of U=100U = 100 V is connected to the circuit. Find the ratio of the currents flowing through voltmeter and resistor R2=6R_2 = 6 kOhm.

Circuit: a 4 kOhm resistor and a 6 kOhm resistor in series between two terminals marked 100 V; a voltmeter V is connected in parallel with the 4 kOhm resistor; the left end of the circuit is also wired to the upper terminal.
