Решение
The latitude of the observer corresponds to the altitude of the celestial pole above the horizon. The North Celestial Pole is very close to Polaris ( UMi).
Since the North Celestial Pole is above the horizon, the observer is in the Northern hemisphere.
Polaris is clearly much higher than above the horizon, but lower than , so the only possible answer is N.
