Условие
Sherbet lemons are sweets which consist of a flavored sugar shell filled with sherbet. Sherbet contains sodium hydrogen carbonate and tartaric (2,3-dihydroxybutanedioic) acid. Sherbet produces a slight fizzing sensation in the mouth when the tartaric acid reacts with the sodium hydrogen carbonate to give carbon dioxide. In a laboratory experiment, one sherbet lemon sweet produced 6.00 of carbon dioxide (25 C, 99 kPa).
Calculate the minimum mass of the mixture of tartaric acid and sodium hydrogen carbonate necessary to produce this volume of carbon dioxide.
