Условие

The athlete was photographed from a distance of 20 m by a camera, with a focal length of 45 mm and the exposure of 0.02 s. The image on the film was blurred and the blur turned out to be 1 mm. At what speed was the athlete moving perpendicular to the main optical axis of the lens?

The answer should be given in the SI units unless otherwise stated. If the numerical result turns out to be an integer, it should be given as the answer. Otherwise round the result to the first decimal.
