Условие

A flat air capacitor consists of two horizontal plates. Each of the plates has an area $S = 250$ cm$^2$ and a distance between them $d = 2.00$ mm. The capacitor is first charged by a battery with voltage $U = 150$ V, then disconnected from the battery and a plate of dielectric is placed exactly in the middle between its plates. The plate has the same area, thickness $l = 1.00$ mm and relative dielectric constant $\varepsilon = 3.50$. Calculate the charge on the upper surface of the dielectric plate. Give number in nC, round to first decimal.
