Условие
Imagine that you are a polar bear, sitting on North Pole through the year 2002. Calculate, how large part of the sky (in %) is below the ecliptic at the moment when the sun was or will be at its highest position above the horizon. At what moment (to within a day) the same part of the sky will appear under the ecliptic once again? To explain the solution draw a picture with a polar bear on North Pole.
Решение
Not only for the moment when the sun was or will be at its highest position above the horizon but in every moment the part of the sky below the ecliptic is equal to is below than line of ecliptic.
